With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast.  We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!

By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy.

Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the People Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding efficiently top talents into Sistema.bio, while promoting Sistema.bio's brand and for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees into the company as per the Hiring Plan.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Coordinating with the hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments and developing the Hiring Plan according to the data by ensuring its implementation as per the timelines.
• Managing the hiring plan according to project’s need by building and maintaining a database of online channels, professional networks and others to recruit efficiently and measure success.
• Being a champion of the Sistema.bio recruitment process by mastering our internal ATS (BambooHR).
• Leveraging metrics to validate sourcing channels and to advise on turnaround time of closing a position.
• Onboarding and managing candidates experience to provide the best experience possible.
• Supporting field recruitment with TechOps and sales team by building best field recruitments practices, running examples and being able to go to the field to support.

More about YOU:

• You should have a bachelor's in management, HR, or any relevant field.
• You must have at least 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition.
• You have experience in sourcing candidates through different networks.
• Bonus point if you have worked on human resource analytics.
• You are very meticulous with data and have good data-oriented decision-making skills with excellent negotiations.
• You must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• You have the ability to develop and manage various recruitment initiatives/projects.
