Third Generation Environmentalism is hiring a
RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, OPERATIONS, LONDON
This position will support the hiring and talent process end to end, by acting as a central contact point for managing our full recruitment cycle and acquire top talent for our organisation. Working across for locations, London, Brussels, Berlin and Washington. This position is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is part-time, requiring 3 or 4 days of work per week.

E3G has offices in Brussels, Berlin, Washington and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Providing support to line managers in attracting and evaluating candidates. This includes:
guidance to line mangers on recruitment policies and best practices.
working with managers to understand the job requirements and objectives
assisting managers with the writing of the adverts and job descriptions
advertising on job platforms and social media, evaluating the response and 1st sift through our ATS platform BambooHR
setting up interviews
Help hiring managers with interview questions and storing these on our system to ensure best practice.
You will also be required to attend some of the interviews.
In the London office, look after new starter paperwork together with the HR administrator, i.e. references, right to work and new starter paperwork
Set up inductions for new starters
Look at data and recruitment methods such as how long it takes to recruit someone in order to reduce recruitment time and apply the most effective sourcing tools
Work with the HR Administrator and Programme Office to ensure that hires are signed off with the appropriate funding
Ensuring that our employee branding is well represented in the market place
Headhunting through LinkedIn to create a pipeline of talent/candidate pool
Together with the Head of HR design a recruitment strategy
Stay up to date with current recruitment methods and GPDR compliance for storing data
Periodically assess the effectiveness of the recruitment activities to ensure continuous process improvement and data driven decision making.
