About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial recruitment professional to lead this Recruitment venture as CEO and Co-Founder. This is an extraordinary opportunity to shape and scale a business from its inception while enjoying the support and resources of a well-established organization.

Role and responsibilities

Business Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for launching and growing the recruitment consultancy.
  • Drive business operations with a focus on delivering exceptional recruitment services to clients.
  • Build and maintain the company’s vision, culture, and long-term goals.

Client Management:

  • Leverage existing client relationships established through Bushwise to generate recruitment business.
  • Cultivate and expand the client base by delivering tailored, effective staffing solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs.
  • Develop and curate a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Commercial Growth:

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to scale the business.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Monitor industry trends to remain competitive and innovative.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
