JOB OVERVIEW
The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process at the Alliance. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and interviewing qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This individual will collaborate with the HR department, hiring leads, and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
The Recruiting Manager will report to the Deputy Director of Human Resources as a part of the Human Resources department, which is responsible for advancing individual and organizational effectiveness by maintaining a diverse, productive, and supportive team.
We expect this individual to adhere to the Alliance’s hybrid work schedule, working both remotely and from our office in Bala Cynwyd, PA. We will consider full-time remote employees who are not local to our office with the expectation that they will travel into the office occasionally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategy meetings to create hiring plans and develop recruiting strategies.
Organize and maintain all recruiting documents, folders, and channels.
Manage all job postings and career platforms.
Lead weekly recruiting updates meetings.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to create annual staffing plans.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruiting best practices to inform strategic decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields.
Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) is required.
Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS is preferred, but not required.
Experience with diversity recruiting is preferred, but not required.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred, but not required.
Experience with Google Workspace is preferred, but not required.
