Our Ag Operations team plays an integral role in supporting the organization’s mission by ensuring ranch infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition and meets our ranching needs. Each of our employee’s contribute to the work that is crucial for us to gather the information necessary for farmers and ranchers to triumph over the barriers and ultimately benefit all of society through their efforts. We live to find new ways to communicate usable information so farmers and ranchers can leave their land better at sunset than at sunrise.

So, do you want to join us? We are looking for a Ranch Maintenance Technician 1

As a ranch maintenance technician, you will be responsible for assisting with preventative maintenance and construction of ranch infrastructure for all Institute ranches, including various types of fences, out-buildings, livestock handling facilities, plumbing, and more. This work is key in helping Noble achieve its goals and share the story of regenerative land stewardship with farmers, ranchers, potential donors, and society at large. The work you do can play a part in making a difference in a producer’s operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

You will:

  • Cautiously perform a variety of preventative infrastructure maintenance, ensuring the highest level of safety, to support ranching needs. Use logical and critical thinking for evaluating areas of improvement and efficiency.

  • Provide support for infrastructure construction using listening and discernment for follow-up questions to gain understanding and clarity to enable learning and retention of information.

  • Exhibit a customer service-focused approach in all interactions and tasks maintaining a cooperative working relationship with employees, customers, visitors, and guests.

  • Represent Noble’s mission and values and care for the land and its improvements by supporting and contributing to the objectives of your team and its contribution to the goal of the organization.
