The Role: Quality Specialist
To support us in achieving our ambitious growth objectives, we are seeking a highly motivated Quality Specialist, who can support us on our journey to operational excellence. While Svante is early in its growth stage, this is an excellent opportunity for the right person to come in on the ground floor to provide support for the maintenance of the quality system processes.
In this role, you will also ensure that the company quality system documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, records etc.) are adequately approved, controlled, and maintained. You will have to be highly analytical and organized, someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as someone who works well in a collaborative and team-oriented workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
What Success looks like in this role
You will administer the enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow the organization to capture, store, retrieve and share.
You will support in maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure conformity to standards while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
You will create and/or revise procedures, work instructions, forms, technical and project reports and datasheets
You will serve as subject matter expert providing oversight and continual improvement of the document and records management system.
You will perform inspections and quality tests as and when required.
You will provide creative solutions for data collection, review and analysis for quality reporting.
You will create training materials and operational guidebooks.
You will coordinate training to operating procedure changes or new system implementation.
You will guide cross functional teams in good documentation practices.
You will participate in enterprise corrective action discussions as necessary.
You will perform a wide variety of activities to support the Quality department and to ensure compliance with applicable quality objectives and regulatory requirements.
You will comply with policies and procedures as specified in the Svante Employee Policy Manual and Quality Management System.
