In this role, you will be part of a great team! As Quality Engineer (m/f/d), you are part of the quality team for Jenbacher gas engines. You work on root cause analysis of quality problems supported by all relevant company functions including but not limited to Engineering, Sourcing and Services to ensure that product quality defects and non-conformities are resolved on time.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead quality case resolution for quality issues
- Inspection of defective parts for root cause identification in close collaboration with engineering, sourcing and services
- Drive quality plan, quality targets and improvements
- Execution of internal audits to ensure process compliance and process effectiveness.
- Support Field Validation from time to time
Your Profile:
- Long term technical experience with big combustion engines and engine systems (quality, engineering, manufacturing, service, etc.)
- Motivated by solving problems.
- Ability to make priority calls based on limited information.
- Good communication skills, willingness to lead cross functional teams.
- Being able to execute within a matrix organization.
- Comfortable in an international environment and have convincing oral and written communication skills in both German and English
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
