Forward Trust now delivers services within the Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) as part of the Ministry of Justice’s new probation system, procured by Regional Probation Directors to provide flexible, responsive services to help break the cycle of reoffending.
Our Quality and Governance Lead will play a critical role in helping us to develop and maintain excellent standards we work to and to continue to achieve high quality delivery in Probation contracts. The post-holder will contribute to the service to ensure that People on Probation consistently receive high quality services that adhere to the best practice guidelines.
Compliance – you will work with the Senior Operations Manager, Services Managers and Head of Probation, and with local operational teams to design processes for securing 100% compliance in case recording and management.
Sustainability – you will assist on ensuring that the Quality Measures, auditing structures and use of Refer and Monitor tool and Nebula that we use are accurate and up-to-date at all times. You will assist in producing performance data for the management team, which can be used to inform their decision making, and reports for our commissioners, which will be critical to informing future funding awards made to us, and service developments.
