Quality Analyst

Your Mission

As the Quality Analyst, you will report to Quality Manager and be responsible for handle of product quality complaints between field branches and respective teams, coordinating with both internal and external labs for Trichoderma quality test and diagnose the quality complaint of Trichoderma by testing based on product specifications. You will be tasked with identifying root causes of non-conformities.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

• Conduct incoming QC process of the trichoderma raw material based on specification and inspection SOP by having the competence to prepare the inspection SOP
• Handle the checkpoints for trichoderma quality to be consistency by monitoring the status of microbe of trichoderma.
• Control the checkpoints in production and storage not to be non-conformities.
• Receive the product quality complaints and respond to branches over time.
• Facilitate the virtual inspection for quality complaints and stock transactions with field branches if needed.
• Coordinate with Field Operation Associates from field branches and respective personnel of Supply Chain and Product team.
• Diagnose the returned products by testing according to product specifications.
• Ensure the incoming quality inspection and in process quality inspection for checkpoints are aligned based on quality complaints to find the root causes.
• Trace the non-conformities why happening based on historical data.
• Entry and format the data to analyse the root causes of non-conformities.
• Report to Quality Manager of findings summarized and categorized to proceed the corrective and preventive actions.
• Finding root causes for the write-off inventory by investigating respective personnel.
• Support to team the information from field to control the quality defects.
• Complaint to the supplier non-conformities for supplier replacement and to control the manufacturing fault.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of Quality Assurance and 1year experience of lab.
• Able to use Google apps, Microsoft word, excel, power point, email
• Motivated and willingness to learn the new things, coordinate, self-driven.
• Must have strong critical thinking, understand the Quality Procedures and have accountability
• More prefer the person who has worked related experience, good in communication and attitude, good in health condition and
