The Role: QC and Inspection Lead
Develop, document, operate and maintain QC inspection processes and equipment for the Product Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You have minimum 8 years working directly in IQC, process QC and related support in senior roles.
You have working knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO17025 requirements.
You have hands on knowledge and experience working with a large array of measurement equipment and procedures including CMM, rheometers, microscopes, tensile testers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
You have the ability to quickly and accurately perform measurements and inspections and create reports.
You are adept at creating and training process documentation.
You have experience using SPC, performing GageR&R, leading and supporting 8D/CAPA activities, and working knowledge of GD&T.
You have experience with internal auditing.
You have the ability to manage tasks and work independently.
You have experience creating process documentation and providing training to others.
You have ability to lead and teach others in performing QC inspection roles.
