Purchaser

As a Purchaser, you are responsible for tracking quality, quantity, and stock levels, and work closely with the Data Analyst to maintain updated records, and develop standard procurement procedures and policies. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively and negotiate with suppliers.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

• Search for reliable suppliers and have a good knowledge about material usage
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and efficiency
• Work closely with Data Analyst to be able to maintain the updated records for purchased products, delivery information and product price
• Work with Quality team and Store to inspect the product quality and quantity while receiving the products in warehouse
• Work with suppliers and internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-efficiently
• Authorize payments and manage purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options
• Develop and follow standard procurement procedures and policies

Must-Haves:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Require a minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing.
• Possess a solid understanding of standard procurement procedures and policies.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, and Word is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required to build trust with both the field and Yangon teams, as well as with suppliers.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Demonstrate strong planning and teamwork skills.
