Program Manager for Public Health
Overview of the role
As a rapidly growing organisation, reach52 is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager for Public Health to work closely with the India HQ Team and its communities to coordinate, plan and execute health-related public health and commercial campaigns, in close partnership with local stakeholders and the Global Team, to increase awareness, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of key treatment areas.

Core Responsibilities
The core and responsibilities for this role will be:
- Lead and own the delivery of community engagement and outreach campaigns in all reach52 communities in India.
- Continuously improve the processes and support the management of the social field force, which includes recruitment, onboarding and training, monitoring and mentoring, output validation, refreshers training, exception management, and offboarding.
- Lead the engagement of local reach52 partners (government, public health officials, NGOs, suppliers/vendors, etc.) in building strong working relationships, obtaining necessary permissions and licenses to run campaigns in existing and new communities.
- Work with cross functional teams, both locally and globally to design, negotiate, plan and execute campaigns according to timelines, budgets, business strategies and impact targets.
- Deeply familiarize with the reach52 app suite, namely reach52 access, reach52 connect, and reach52 insights, and ensure the apps’ utilization by the social team, as well as provide collate and provide feedback regarding the same apps back to the Product & Engineering Team.
- Design and deploy the campaigns and necessary forms in reach52 connect.
- Regularly monitor and update the campaign numbers in reach52 access.
- Regularly monitor and help curate content shown in reach52 insights.
- Actively participate in the strategizing of the overall India operations and own agreed workplans for social operations resulting from the agreed strategies.
- Fully support internal stakeholder pilots and projects.
- Review and update necessary optimizations on all aspects of the existing social operations.
- Regularly prepare and present to external (e.g. campaign clients, potential clients) and internal (e.g. India HQ Team, Global Team) stakeholders the progress of owned campaigns.
- Ensure campaign targets are accurately and efficiently reached by the social team, and proactively manage possible issues and delays.
- Own, manage, create solutions and, if any, solve issues that arise from the social operations.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on social field force outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with campaign design and standards.
- Own and hit the campaign budget and ensure regular and accurate bookkeeping of costs.
- Regularly research and provide reports on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to social operations.
- Regularly conduct rigorous analysis of data and results from campaigns, present findings and recommendations to the internal stakeholders
- Lead process improvement activities regarding campaigns and social activities.
- Maximize the usage of technology in day-to-day operations, such as the Office 365 suite and reach52 app suite, to ensure proper documentation and efficiency.
- Own and deliver campaign-related Objectives and Key Results (‘OKRs’) in India.
- Primarily directly work in the field with the social field force to build rapport and a deep and authentic understanding of community needs.

Person specification
The ideal candidate will likely possess:
- 10-15 years of project management experience within India
- Highly valued experience, in startups and the following industries (or similar):
- Public Health/Healthcare/Digital Health
- Pharmaceuticals
- Consumer Health/FMC
- Evidence and a proven track record in delivering projects relevant to reach52, such as healthcare product access, product launches, awareness campaigns, screenings events, etc.
- Strong experience in leading large operational teams/field force across multiple states and cultures in India.
- A modern project management mindset, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and a culture of growth and empowerment, with evidence in implementing modern project management solutions and programs.
- Strong experience in working with multiple markets/functions and operating in a regional project management capacity, particularly within different states in India.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing projects.
- Detailed and updated knowledge of project management strategies and tactics in a post COVID-19 world, and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English and the relevant dialects across India.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities for long-term positive outcomes.
