About the Opportunity
As a result of recent continuing growth and a strong pipeline of exciting new projects, Ethos Urban is seeking a permanent (full-time) Property Analyst based in our Sydney office to join our Economics team. This role is known internally as an Urbanist, Economics. Our collaborative way of working is what makes us different. Our teams are multidisciplinary and fluid, so you will work on varied projects with a range of talented urban professionals – continuing to learn and share your insights for the best client outcomes. The role will suit a self-starter, lateral thinker, and someone with a passion for solving problems, particularly as it relates to the built-form environment.
About the Team
Ethos Urban is a leading consultancy in the economic analysis of people, places and spaces. Our practical approach to urban and regional economic analysis is focused on providing private and public sector clients with robust advice that informs decision-making. We work with developers, investors, policy makers, businesses, peak bodies, Government departments and agencies, and many other entities seeking advice on how economics applies to their real-world issues. This includes a wide variety of assignments, from detailed land use analysis through to advice on the economic impact of major infrastructure projects.
