About the Job
We are currently seeking a mid-level environmental data analyst to support our Data Management and Analysis Practice. The position will support multiple clients and projects, with the common theme of providing data analysis and web application development using CI/CD workflows in a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from marine resources and modeling to toxicology and contaminant studies. Primarily, you will work on programming discrete modules within web applications being built in R/Shiny. However, the day-to-day work can vary. One day you may be leading a task to discover, access, and clean historical datasets. Another day you may be performing multivariate statistical analyses to differentiate sources of contamination. Qualifications
Candidates should hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in environmental science or engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or related technical field. Candidates with a B.S. or M.S. degree from another quantitative field and a demonstrated interest in environmental applications will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
Annual Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000
An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary, company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company-match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability, paid sick leave (80 hours per year), paid vacation (10 or/to 15 days; determined by title at hire), paid holidays (9 days per year), and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be pro-rated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
