What is the opportunity?
Working under direct supervision of the Director of Program Development, the Project Manager for Special Projects is responsible for applying sound project and program management techniques and excellent written and verbal communications skills. This position will manage scopes of work, schedules, and budgets of a variety of international WASH-related projects to support headquarters and country programs and will require field office and client/donor interaction.

What is required?
Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Alignment with the principles of servant leadership as embraced by Water Mission.
Master’s degree in international community development, public health, applied Anthropology, or related field of study.
Minimum 2 years of project management experience, in the WASH sector preferred.
Advanced skills with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with engineering software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and project management skills.
Excellent relationship and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally, as required mostly in developing countries.
Home internet bandwidth strong enough to support video conferencing and other job-related responsibilities.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
