Role Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Fulfillment, the OTR Project Manager will provide the order to remittance process for reciprocating engines for the Waukesha business unit. This role will work directly with customers, project teams, and a variety of internal departments to coordinate the project scope and ensure all revenue goals are met. The scope of the role includes both new unit engines manufactured in our Welland plant, along with Reman engines built in our Waukesha facility.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Secures new unit (NU) and Reman orders for the reciprocating engines platform (from clean order booking up to engine shipment)
- Ensures cross functional coordination of technical and commercial order execution in cooperation with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing and Service departments
- Works to achieve the Sales Revenue Plan while striving to meet on time delivery metrics
- Collects and consolidates weekly updates on identified project risks and opportunities
- Administers payment collection and claim management for all new unit and Reman engine orders
- Supports Revenue Operating Rhythm in close cooperation with OTR planning and analysis
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with our channel partners and OEMs
- Supports continuous development of the OTR process and tools based on OTR KPI's such as revenue, NPS, complete and on time delivery, finished goods inventory and collections.
- Hosts customer meetings and is the voice of the business in customer facing communications related to delivery
- Focuses on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective project execution
- Coordination of shipments required through working with logistics and the customers freight forwarders.
- Work with the compliance team to ensure all projects and shipments are cleared for release
- Gather and prepare all necessary documentation for customs clearance and engine shipment
- Is the voice of the customer when dealing with internal support teams
- Is the main point of contact for customers for NU and Reman Engines
- Host and support customer witness tests both in person and virtual platforms
- Utilizes Oracle and other tools to track, coordinate, and understand project status.
- Leads internal meetings with stakeholders to communicate overall status and it’s relation to revenue recognition
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or a Business-related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Experience in the energy, oil or gas industry is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills (minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting)
- Project management training through PMP is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 5-10% or as needed (customer locations, workshops / training, gas engine manufacturing facilities, etc.)
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience in technical and commercial project management for execution of customer orders for capital goods
- Exceptional and demonstrated customer service skills/experience
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and economic modeling skills
- Experience working with ERP software and databases is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally & in writing) to complex problems and solutions
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation & influencing skills
