This position is integrated into the project management office (PMO) for Engineering and requires permanent interaction with functions. Such as Sourcing, Operations/Production, IT, Quality and Finance. The PMO is focused on project management, cost planning & controlling, schedule management, milestones tracking and project status presentations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Program management (Planning & Controlling) of assigned Engine platform, working closely with technical platform leaders.
- Support Platform strategy based on the Multi-Generation-Platform-Plan (MGPP)
- Program management of multiple projects from budgeting, resource planning and time management
- Support of platform team in execution of multiple projects from concept until full serial release
- Develop and implement processes and tools which ensure a “best in class” program management
- Program & project controlling including reporting to management based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Economics form an accredited university or college
- Several years of experiences in Engineering area or similar jobs
- Project management skills with high technical affinity, analytical thinking & independent working style
- Ability to manage multiple large, integrated programs with regularly changing priorities
- Experience with (new) product development in complex technical environment
- Profound experience of project management in technical complex environment
- Business fluent English language, German is plus
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
