Dewberry is currently seeking a Project Manager to work with our design-build project management team. We are seeking a client focused, highly motivated, organized, outgoing, and aggressive individual to support project execution and management activities associated with design, design-build and construction of projects related to new electric vehicle charging station deployment. The position will be focused on projects in the northeast initially but could include projects throughout the eastern US.

The PM position will be responsible for managing design-build projects and staff, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, managing internal and external construction resources that deliver projects from inception through construction. The PM will further be part of the business development and proposal team including assisting on the development of pursuit strategy, estimating and execution planning for projects. The typical projects may include new and expansions to electric vehicle charging infrastructure facilities. Projects may also include partial demolition, general site civil construction and electrical construction associated with the improvements and renovations.
Projects will include work for private clients but at times may include Federal and local clients as well. Typical projects will involve solutions that benefit from Dewberry’s in-house engineering expertise and will typically be associated with general EV charging for consumer use and larger fleet stations, which may include additional renewable energy initiatives including photovoltaics.
With support from the enterprise, the successful candidate will be responsible for client satisfaction, project delivery, technical quality, and achieving the financial performance associated with each design-build project.
Experience in managing services through the design-build process from inception, design, construction, and implementation preferred. General contracting license qualifiers are preferred but not required. Experience in other similar market segments, including working with wireless clients is also preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
