All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. Our program bases are located in the communities we serve, and staff members live in communal environments. Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. The position is full-time and is responsible for developing and overseeing the projects in response and/or recovery to help impacted communities and managing the field team.

- Reports to Program Director
- Roles reporting to position Project Coordinators, Logistics Coordinator, Construction Site Coordinator, Site Supervisor
- Approximate number of reports 2-6
Essential Functions
- Develop the project scopes-of-work, work queue, and timeline/budget and track these accurately, updating the necessary tracking systems e.g. Salesforce
- Provide supportive leadership to the program and field team, manage a diverse staff team, volunteers, and team leaders, and empower them to carry out their work effectively and efficiently
- Maintain oversight and management of ongoing response work queue including primarily muck and gut and mold sanitation, while supporting the transition to more technical scopes of recovery work in residential homes
- Continuously develop and evaluate the project scope, quality and impact, through a meaningful monitoring and evaluation framework
- In cooperation with the Program Director, oversee implementing the project while adhering to the approved timeline and budget constraints
- Establish and develop clear work and safety practices for the project and communicate these with site teams
- Support the Program Director in the development, implementation, and review of the Health, Safety and Security procedures for base and sites
- Support the project team to carry out assessments and beneficiary selection processes to identify and build appropriate work queue
- Compile weekly and fortnightly progress reports and support the Program Director in compiling program specific fortnightly reports for the organization
- We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all of our on program staff members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.

Position Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Related Experience Must have project management, as well management experience in a professional setting. Technical experience in construction (interior rebuild) is required. All Hands and Hearts experience is preferable, but not required. Previous international travel preferred.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Driver’s license required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Suite. Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Needs a developed and clear management style.

- Pay rate is $16.20-$17.70/ month, based on skills and experience
