ELEVATE has also developed the first KPI-based monthly monitoring program to show the links between business performance issues and social non-compliance.  When a supplier needs more guidance our Capacity Building experts design holistic and custom improvement plans to create long-term solutions.

ELEVATE is seeking a highly professional Project Manager, Worker Surveys as a key contributor to the Worker Survey service. ELEVATE provides innovative worker survey programs, worker sentiment analysis, and risk assessments for multinational clients to help respond to emerging issues in global supply chains and make informed responsible sourcing decisions. Our worker surveys use various technologies to capture insights from workers and site management to promote positive impacts and improve the social responsibility performance of clients across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in delivering best-in-class worker survey programs by maintaining and growing client relationships, and you will be expected to engage with various external stakeholders including brands, vendors, and factories globally and drive social compliance and sustainability initiatives. You are a forward-thinking, innovative individual who has a growth-mindset and is able to take our worker survey products to the next level. You have experience in client relationship management and business development and can ensure the successful delivery of high-value survey programs.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Product Management and Project Oversight (70%)

• Engage with new survey clients at all levels and evaluate project requirements to formulate work specifications and detailed project plans for execution
• Respond to client enquiries related to the service, and maintain timely contact with client throughout the project
• Communicate survey program results and key findings based on survey outcomes, and provide recommendations for next steps where relevant
• Manage project deployment effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, including monitoring KPIs and arranging regular process reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Support daily operations and coordinate across different internal teams to ensure successful deployments of surveys and ensure data is shared with relevant internal teams for reporting
• Act as decisionmaker on operational activities including: cost approval, capacity allocation, contingency planning, etc.
• Play a central role in ensuring product enhancements and overall project effectiveness to exceed client expectations

Survey Product Growth and Development (30%)

• Analyze the market and competition to support the creation of a new vision for ELEVATE’s survey products that is unique and offers value to clients that meets their demands
• Inform and support the process of creating and delivering new and innovative survey features that clients need and want
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials to ensure the service promotion aligns with ELEVATE’s growth strategy
• Create and support the trend report of overall service performance, and continuously improve the overall service level and propose optimization and improvement suggestions

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field including Business, Marketing, Data Analysis or other related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 3-5+ years of project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
• Knowledge in Ethical Sourcing/ Labor Compliance/ Environmental arena either for a brand/ retailer or service provider will be a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in managing client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Good team player, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• An energetic, efficient, motivated self-starter with a forward-looking vision for product growth
