Project Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join our Client & Case Management team, to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice.

This is a full time, permanent role based in either our Melbourne or Brisbane office (we are a flexible workplace).

About the role

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role will coordinate the successful delivery of projects for Infoxchange’s client and case management software.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including government and non-government organizations
  • Facilitate regular project status reporting and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, detailing progress against budget, time, scope, and quality
  • Manage and track project budget and initiate payment requests on achievement of payment milestones
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including resource allocations and tracking of progress against base line estimates
  • Manage project risks and issues including escalations
  • Manage project change, including identifying opportunities for additional project work and negotiation of changes to cost, scope, time and people
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

About you

  • Proven experience in successful project management and delivery
  • Sound stakeholder management skills and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organisational and personal management skills
  • Track record of completing projects within approved budget
  • Experience creating and maintaining project schedules and key deliverables
  • Proven ability managing project risks and issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project change
  • Knowledge or previous experience working in the not for profit and/or community services sector is highly valued
  • Must have valid full working rights in Australia

  • A base salary of $95,000 plus superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading, pro-rated to part-time.
