The Project Management Analyst will work in a focused team which is responsible for fulfilling all aspects of Project Management within the INNIO Sourcing function. This role is a temporary one, with a 1 year fixed term contract.

Your Responsibilities:

Day on Day involvement in all Project Management controllership activities (e.g. Risk Management, Milestone achievements etc.)

Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables

Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress against milestones

Ensure appropriate stakeholder alignment

Development of tools used to support planned & running projects.

Design and improve tools and templates for project tracking, resource allocation, reporting (Smartsheet, Tableau)

Automate processes where possible to enhance project efficiency and transparency

Act as a Data Steward for Procurement for Business Intelligence topics

Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related data, ensuring data quality and accuracy while addressing any changes that may influence reporting or decision-making

Collaborate with BI teams to refine dashboards and visualizations that support sourcing objectives
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business Management related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (preferably Oracle), SQL and Business Intelligence applications is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional organization / environment, therefore a Team Player with a willingness to constantly improve skills
- Proven experience in project management, data analysis and tool development
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems that impact project success
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and a strong command of German
- Occasional travel to our HQ in Jenbach, Austria, typically for one week at a time
- Knowledge of Reciprocating Engines &/or the Power generation sector is of advantage
