About the role
This is an exciting and varied new role that will help progress and develop a pipeline of projects, some of which may be implemented by our existing delivery teams. As we challenge both our clients and the industry to consider and adopt an multi ecosystem approach to nature recovery this could have us developing projects across terrestrial or freshwater habitats right to the ocean. The main purpose of this role will be to support the Project Developer lead in delivering the project development function at Ecosulis, through the effective management of client relationships, product offerings and collaboration between both Ecosulis and Credit Nature.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting the Project Developer Lead and working with Head of Marketing, Sales & Innovation to deliver the strategy as set by the Board, working to KPIs set out in L10s.
Assisting with research, data entry and deliverables of all projects.
Being able to assist and understand potential business growth opportunities and ensure resources are available for delivery.
Reviewing the performance of product/service offerings once launched and suggesting refinements where applicable.
Undertaking desk-based studies and research.
Helping identify, deliver and ensure ongoing compliance with other income sources arising from public grants/schemes and natural capital offset credits.
Supporting with general duties and any email queries when requested.
About you
You will be a competent and organised individual, with excellent time management and attention to detail. Being forward thinking and innovative within your work will hold you in good stead within the role. Also being able to multitask within a busy environment would be most welcomed.
A degree or relevant qualification in Ecology or related subject, or suitable relevant experience in the conservation industry would be essential.
