About the Job
We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator/Office Manager. The desired candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can provide office project coordination and office management. The candidate will oversee operations for two small offices located in Santa Rosa and San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator/Office Manager, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:
Project Coordination: Supporting multiple project managers by assisting with project budgets, forecasts, funding requests, subcontract management, project deliverables, file maintenance, resource allocation, and scheduling. You will also work closely with accounting staff to assist in the review and tracking of client invoices and accounts payable.
Office Management: Leading monthly office meetings, organizing and executing office lunches and events, communicating office information and news to staff, onboarding new staff relative to the office space and procedures, approving overhead purchases per the signature policy, and coordinating with other departments (Facilities, IT, Health & Safety) to maintain functional and safe work environments.
