Purpose of the Role
As a Project Controls Specialist, you are part of a small team of project service experts (Cost Estimator and Document Controller) that form the nucleus of a larger project services growth while Svante scales-up. You will be building project schedules, resource planning, risk & change monitoring, cost controlling and project reporting for Svante's projects. Your focus will be on FEL1/FEL2 and work with our EPC partners for FEL3.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You have acquired a degree in a related field: Engineering, construction management, etc. or equivalent experience.
You have 3-5 years of similar project controls work experience or as a self-perform contractor on projects (projects upwards of 50 million CAD in value).
You have a keen understanding of the synergies between estimating, scheduling, and control of cost.
You have hands-on experience in Project Management Software (i.e. P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365).
You have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint).
