Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. The position is full-time and is responsible for homeowner communication, Salesforce data entry, data collection and tracking in recovery scopes of work.

Essential Functions
- Main point of contact for homeowner communication
- Intake, pre-interviews, work communication, scope of progression, work end and follow-up
- Ensure quality of work through follow-up calls, in-person assessments, and questionnaire development
- Implement a quality control system and tracking
- Homeowner advocacy and knowledge of external resources available to HO
- Look for additional ways to support homeowners by tying in with state resources and rebate opportunities
- Work through the backlog of community participants in our system as time allows
- Homeowner salesforce data entry
- Continue to develop the Homeowner prioritization process and data collection for grants
- Develop volunteer training in homeowner communication ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
- Help developing additional scopes (both technical and non-technical) to address homeowner unmet needs
- Manage all canvassing operations in order to build our work queue
- Must have knowledge of our work scopes and capabilities to explain to homeowners
- Perform other duties as required
Position Requirements
- Education High School Diploma or equivalent
- Related Experience Previous All Hands and Hearts experience preferred. 1 year experience in a disaster response setting and project management preferred.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; and Microsoft Office. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate is $14.00-14.50 USD/ hour, and up to $15.00/hour for highly qualified candidates who have previous experience in this role.
