ELEVATE has also developed the first KPI-based monthly monitoring program to show the links between business performance issues and social non-compliance.  When a supplier needs more guidance our Capacity Building experts design holistic and custom improvement plans to create long-term solutions.

ELEVATE is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sustainability and strong technical and communication skills to fill the role of Project & Operations Specialist. This role will provide programmatic and analytical support for the data-driven worker voice solutions ELEVATE deploys to deliver world-class supply chain insights that inform program effectiveness and impact for our multi-national clients. As a Project & Operations Specialist, you will produce high-impact, client-facing, data-driven analysis, and reporting, leveraging the data collected through solutions and services, including worker helplines. You will analyze large data sets and produce clear data analytics and reports to produce actionable data insights for our multi-national clients. You will engage in various projects that contribute to the overall growth of our innovative Worker survey team related to labor rights and ethical recruitment. Most importantly, you are driven and motivated by positively impacting the lives of workers in global supply chains.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of managing and supporting the analysis of data from ELEVATE’s innovative and global data collection system for worker voice, including:

• Produce high impact data-driven worker surveys through technical management and reporting.
• Manage the successful delivery of regular reports, data analytics, and insights for worker surveys, including hundreds of factories and sites globally.
• Develop data visualization survey reports to provide clients with actionable insights that inform responsible sourcing decisions.
• Provide technical and operational coordination of the tools and integrations with data platforms to enhance and streamline internal and external processes.
• Manage the technical and operational processes for backend survey platforms and workflows to ensure data quality.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues across backend platforms to ensure minimal downtime and robust data capture.
• Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring surveys are delivered on time and to the highest degree of quality.
• Support in developing work plans, and schedules and assist with special projects and assignments as requested to help the worker survey team accomplish its goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis on industrial best practice.

Qualifications

Candidates are required to be highly analytical and effective communicators. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of conducting qualitative analysis, leading to actionable insights. The Successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or another related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; ability to communicate clearly to various individuals/stakeholders.
• 2+ years of project management experience or similar fields in which data analysis is key to success.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience utilizing data visualization programs/tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
• Experience using and/or willingness to learn about deploying and managing various digital tools will be a plus
• Strong multi-tasking ability, ability to simultaneously meet the demands of several projects and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Self-starter, team spirit, proactive, open-minded, learning-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility
• High level of attention to detail, strong project coordination and management skills, work independently with minimal oversight
