Project and Commercial Administrator

Location: Itad, Hove. Please note this is a hybrid role where we anticipate you would spend 2 days a week in our office working alongside the Finance team and Project Management Unit (PMU)
Contract: Fixed term 6 months. We are looking for the successful candidate to ideally start with us on Monday 20th March.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: From 24.5k depending on your skills and experience

The Role
In the Project and Commercial Administrator role you will provide primarily data-driven administration support to the PMU and Finance Units across Itad’s live portfolio. You will manage multiple communication lines and participate in processing large volumes of invoices. Your role will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of projects to a wide range of clients both internal and external including:
The Candidate
You will be a project administrator or finance professional with experience of working on a range of live projects with a wide variety of clients in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the International Development or UK Government sector or similar.
You will bring proven administration experience along with experience of working in a commercially astute and effective way through your own active planning and prioritisation. You will have a track record of delivering commercial, administrative and financial accuracy against fast-paced workplans and deadlines. You will be a team player who can demonstrate communication skills and experience to execute instructions from colleagues to ensure the delivery of key project and commercial activities across Itad’s portfolio.
