Youth Guidance is hiring a
Position Summary: Program Supervisors are responsible for providing administrative support, feedback,
and supervision to Youth Specialist. The Program Supervisor should be flexible in their collaborative skills and growth mindset to empower and motivate Youth Specialists to be successful in implementing programs at their site in collaboration with the BAM and WOW Training Academies.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintains focus on achievement of key program outcomes including goals for student performance, retention, and satisfaction. Ensuring all programs are on-track for desired metrics.
Monitoring documentation completed by counselors in collaboration with the BAM and WOW Training Academy staff.
Administers the program by assessing needs, making assignments, managing programs at multiple sites where the program operates, including coordination of data collection.
Oversees coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all program activities and the desired outcomes, in collaboration with the BAM and WOW Training Academy staff.
Recommends hiring of new BAM and WOW Youth Specialist, employee transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, terminations overall performance management.
Primary lead on ongoing communication with school personnel regarding program goals and objectives.
Assures all program documentation, records, and required reports for program stakeholders are prepared in a timely fashion (within 24hrs.)
Supports builds, and shares best practices in systemic leadership for positive student outcomes.
Provides ongoing weekly regular supervision to provide specific guidance in areas of professional responsibilities, prioritization, time, and resource allocation.
Manages performance management process by evaluating and developing BAM and WOW Youth Specialists in collaboration with the BAM and WOW Training Academies.
Collaborates with leadership on programmatic events internal and external.
Monitors counselor budgets to ensure on-track spending throughout the school year. Ensure that documentation is submitted in a timely manner within 24 hours.
Oversee the site visit process in collaboration with the PPM and BAM and
WOW Training Academies. Ensuring that counselors and school administration are aware of everyone attending site visit.
Performs other duties assigned.
