We are seeking a Program Manager, Talent to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
Program and Project Management
Working closely with the People Leadership Team, develop and implement People programs, projects and initiatives aligned with the company's talent strategy and broader strategic goals and objectives.
Lead the entire lifecycle of People programs, including planning, change management, execution, and evaluation, in partnership with other project managers throughout the People Team (e.g. Talent Management, Talent Experience, People Operations, OD and Total Rewards).
Develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify program requirements, and design and implement effective solutions.
Directly project manage a variety of People initiatives including those related to Talent Acquisition and workforce planning.
Monitor program progress, effectiveness and impact, and recommend changes as needed.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding program policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all People program activities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in People programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Talent Acquisition
Manage, mentor and develop a team of talent acquisition business partners.
Optimize and implement scalable recruiting and broader talent programs, tools and trainings that allow us to attract and retain top diverse talent (eg. internal mobility, early in career etc.)
Maintain and improve recruiting metrics that will drive decision making across the organization
Drive best in class candidate experience and a world class employer brand.
Work as the point of contact between People Team, finance and leadership on headcount requests and budgets.
What you bring to Uplight:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address program challenges.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey program goals, progress, and outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership abilities to manage a geographically dispersed team, and to motivate and engage stakeholders in HR program initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing full life cycle recruiting.
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems and other relevant software applications.
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in program implementation and documentation.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $118,500 to $137,500 USD
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
