All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. Our program bases are located in the communities we serve, and staff members live in communal environments. Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides relief to survivors of disasters. The position is full-time and is responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the program to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the projects.

Essential Functions
- Responsible for the program as a whole.
- Ensure the overall budget and timeline compliance of the program.
- Recruit and manage an effective staff team to meet the specific needs of the communities affected by the conflict, communication with the Response Manager and Director of Operations
- Support the operations and project teams to deliver their specific operational and project targets within the approved time and budget constraints.
- Manage a diverse staff team, volunteers and local staff and empower them to carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee the delivery of weekly and fortnightly reporting for all aspects of the program.
- Continuously develop the strategic direction and scope of the program, in liaison with the Response Manager.
- With the support of the Response Manager, Project Manager and Operations Manager, develop, implement, and review the program’s Emergency and Evacuation procedures, and Health and Safety, and Security protocol.
- Attend Cluster and Working Group Meetings where appropriate and communicate any pertinent information to the Response Manager.
- Support training and skills development for staff and volunteers. Provide ongoing support to the Project Manager in the implementation of the Site supervisor (and trainee) training matrix.
- Oversee and support the Community Coordinator in developing the scope of community engagement and renewal projects.
- Develop an overall budget for the program, including financial forecasting
- Reconcile operational and project budgets to meet approved overall program budgets
- We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all of our on program staff members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.

Position Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience in a relevant field.
- Related Experience A minimum of two years experience working in a disaster response context, preferably with All Hands and Hearts. At least one year of experience in a role with project management responsibilities, including budget tracking and reporting. At least two years of management experience in a professional setting. International travel experience preferred.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Must be able to secure and maintain appropriate visas. Polish fluency desired. Excellent written and oral communication skills (In Polish and English preferably) and confidence working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. The applicant needs to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding leadership and delegation skills. Must have a sophisticated and well developed management style. Familiarity with international humanitarian standards including Sphere and HAP.

- Pay rate is $2000-$2400 USD/ month, based on skills and experience.
