Collectively, individual actions can reduce emissions significantly while strengthening the constituency demanding climate-positive policies.

Boston SHINE (Solar Helping Ignite Neighborhood Economies) is a new Climate Culture initiative to make climate action central to antipoverty action in historically marginalized communities of Boston.

About the Job

As the PA, you will be the primary coordinator for the multi-partner, multi-grantor project. You’ll manage project tracking and map the team’s delivery of long-term objectives. You will track grant budgets, lead team coordination, and communicate with internal and external collaborators. You’ll also help to build and maintain relationships with community partners to deliver programs that increase the adoption of Climate Culture behaviors, particularly with groups that have had less access to these behaviors due to systemic inequities and exclusion.

  • Proficient in using Word Processing and Spreadsheet programs.

A generous benefits and career development package including:

  • Vacation, holidays, personal days, and sick leave.
  • Health, Dental, and Life insurance plans
  • An automatic contribution to your retirement savings plan, with additional matching contributions
  • Staff training opportunities to enhance skills and professional growth.
