Exchanges are recorded through a blockchain-secured platform that enables traceable collection, secures income, and verifies reporting. Position Overview

Position Purpose & Impact:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the achievement of the overall  annual revenue target for all assigned Plastic Bank products.  As such, the Product Marketing Manager delivers the following core functions within Plastic Bank.

  1. Exponential evolution and development of assigned products / service offerings to deliver innovative, profitable, repeatable, and operationally relevant solutions that align with target consumer requirements and Plastic Bank’s strategic growth goals. You will plan, prioritize, and drive the development of your assigned product category to support the development of opportunities.
  2. Equipping the sales team with the necessary support in terms or technical expertise, product catalogues and pricing frameworks to deliver the product to the market and achieve sales targets for the assigned product set.
  3. Development of product marketing programs to ensure exponential growth of the assigned Plastic Bank services portfolio.
  4. Partner with key stakeholders (Sales & Customer success) to optimize overall customer experience and engagement with product offering

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term product vision & roadmap
  • Own the product from ideation, development, and through launch
  • Provide ROI and business cases around new product concepts
  • Own product feature communications to transform raw thoughts into clear documentation and/or direction (e.g., functional requirements, feature design approach) in addition to FAQs or other strategic documentation.
  • Define and analyse metrics that ensure the success of product/feature.
  • Prepare reports for Executive Leadership on the state of development, new concepts and key risks
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research for market planning
  • Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
  • Producing detailed costings and pricing frameworks ensuring product profitability
  • Work closely with Acquisition, Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and equip sales teams with exceptional collaterals, including product feature scope,pricing frameworks, templates and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team.
  • Work with Operations, Data team and other relevant contributors to ensure product delivery compliance (e.g., legal, financial and other regulations, data privacy/security) and localization (e.g., language, regional requirements)
  • Ensure standardization of pricing and proposal models for application by sales team

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

Core Competencies & Skills:

  • 5+ years of work experience in product development in software services or sustainability & compliance services industry.
  • Experience and an up-to-date knowledge of best practices as they relate to the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication required, as well as exceptional presentation skills.
  • Experience writing strategic proposals, executive summaries and presenting solutions at C-Suite level.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM system (e.g. Salesforce.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Qualifications/Certificates:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
