In this role your tasks will be:**
- To initiate and drive major Sourcing IT projects (Pipeline Projects) e.g:
- Supplier Portal (Supply On e.g. RFQs, Surveys)
- Contract Management Tool Developments
- Robotic Process Automation Implementation
- Management of IT related problem statements and solution proposals within sourcing
- Ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks in full life cycle Project Management of IT projects
- Fulfill ERP super user role within the Sourcing function e.g. issue resolution & subsequent validation of functionality development (Oracle, SAP or another ERP system is an advantage)
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business Management or similar
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with good verbal and written communication skills. German language skill is an advantage
- A good understanding of the Procure-to-pay process; Foundational knowledge of guidelines, practices, and procedures within the sourcing function
- Relevant work experience with ERP and data management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (strong Excel skills)
- A Team Player with a willingness to constantly improve skills
- Knowledge of Reciprocating Engines &/or the Power generation sector is of advantage
