Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day to day import and export processes and coordinating International travel and administration.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Coordinating International travel and regional administration with partners across Africa to oversee smooth, timely, and cost-effective travel and administration for employees traveling across Africa.
  • Supporting Import and export process through proper documentation, quotes evaluation, communication with the freight forwarders, and regular customer updates and cost analysis.
  • Coordinating international sourcing and procurement by establishing supplier relationships, opening accounts, and reviewing suppliers.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with clearing agents, suppliers, travel agents, and customers across different regions.

More about YOU:

  • Possess a  bachelor's degree in either  Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Purchasing, Logistics, or any relevant field.
  • Relevant professional qualification in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management (CIPS qualification or equivalent) is preferred.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in regional administrative work and shipments. Experience coordinating shipments across Africa is highly preferred.
  • You are Proficient in working with Google work space and Microsoft Office apps,
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • You demonstrate strong ethics and are very accountable,
  • You have excellent negotiation and Influencing skills and you are highly flexible.
