The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused electrical building services expert to join the team at our Bristol office, to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative electrical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects in the UK and Worldwide.

You would be working on a variety of projects working with leading developers and clients. We’re looking for people who have experience in commercial offices, both refurbishment and new build, education, hospitality, large transport hubs and or redevelopments. We’re currently working on several commercial offices with the remit to remodel and decarbonise, and the CAT B fitout of some of the UK's prime office space for blue-chip clients. We continue to have new build projects including a major transport hub, new build Passivhaus school and new offices in Bristol.

You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise and leadership skills to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.

The Skills

Educated to degree level in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering and having gained substantial experience in an Electrical Engineering role within a building services context, you have an extensive portfolio of experience demonstrating your familiarity with high quality engineering solutions and a client-focussed approach.

In your most recent position, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and less experienced engineers to deliver to and exceed client expectations. You possess sound knowledge of design software and have proven experience for creative, sustainable, and intuitive design.

Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
