The Role: PLM Product Owner & Enterprise Solution Architect

Who are you?

Be part of a world-class team that wants to tackle one of the most important challenges of our generation; low cost and high-volume capture of CO2 (gigatons scale). As a Svante employee, you will apply your talents in ways that make a difference in our world by directly contributing towards technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Svante has been nominated one of the best clean-energy technology company for future investment with a credible solution for capturing point-source CO2 emissions and accelerating the global transition to a lower-carbon economy.

To support us in achieving our ambitious corporate objectives, we are seeking a highly motivated, progressive-minded individual to provide business process leadership, customer advocacy, and technology architecture guidance in the domain of “Product Lifecycle Management”. This area, which encapsulates the end-to-end planning, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment of our Structured Adsorbent Beds and Rotating Adsorption Machines, is a key part of the Svante value proposition.

Reporting to Digital Business, you will capture current processes, identify target-state processes, and devise effective solutions for resolving gaps and transitioning the Product Team to the target-state PLM technologies and processes. You will develop a sound understanding of the needs of the Product Team and passionately support Svante’s key product lifecycle objectives, while at the same time bringing your knowledge of solution architecture patterns and practices to bear to ensure that steps taken to improve PLM do so in a way that continually aligns with the Digital Business vision for the future of the whole enterprise.

In addition to skills in PLM, product management, and solutions architecture, to be successful you will have proven experience with enterprise-level systems, processes, and technologies. This includes enterprise integration, document management, business process automation, quality management, and DevOps & CI/CD, within a hybrid Software as a Service / On-Prem environment.

In your role, you will have opportunity to learn about other Digital Business domains (such as Manufacturing Operations, Project Delivery, etc.) and will be encouraged to build up expertise in those areas. This can lead to opportunities to rotate into other Product Management / Solutions Architecture domains; thereby enhancing your knowledge, skills, and ability to contribute value in your role.
