About The Role
The purpose of the Philanthropy Associate is to implement multi-channel strategies for donor acquisition, solicitation for entry-level gifts, and strategies for gift renewal and upgrades which create a habit of giving on a regular basis. This includes direct mail, online fundraising, telephone fundraising, supporting third-party events, and assisting the Annual Giving and Donor Relations Team, as required.

Typically, we find that people who succeed in this role bring:
1-2 years of administration or fundraising experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar office administration software
Effective communication and relationship building skills
Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize
Effective problem solving skills and is self-motivated
