Who are we looking for?
Title: Pharmaceutical commercial manager

Reporting to: Head of India
reach52 is seeking a pharma commercial manager, that will support reach52’s mission to improve access to healthcare for 52% of the world, who currently cannot access it.
You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our pharmaceutical strategy in India, including the identification and acquisition of new pharma assets to be deployed in rural regions.
The core role scope and responsibilities of the role will be:
Building a product acquisition and licensing / acquisition strategy for India
Networking and leading engagements with stakeholders in India
Identification and relationship management with key partners
Development of go to market strategies
Drive targets and KPIs, generating pipeline, partnerships and revenue
Support engagements for senior leadership within reach52, ensuring the most effective utilisation of their visits.
Building marketing and sales strategies for newly acquired technologies
Who you are (probably!)
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life sciences sector in BD/Marketing
Experience with winning and negotiating licensing and distribution agreements is strongly preferred
Experience within a multinational pharma company is a must
Understanding of India’s innovative healthcare sector
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; strong business acumen and commercial/financial analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong networking capability and desire
