Program/Department Overview
As a leading environmental advocacy organization, EDF engages with and relies upon the partnership of a wide group of audiences - from donors and grassroots activists to corporate executives, to state and federal policymakers. To achieve our long-term growth and impact objectives, EDF requires bold and creative thinking in the digital marketing space.
The Performance Marketing Team’s mission is to increase EDF’s effectiveness with clear, timely, and actionable marketing insights and Return On Investment-driven audience acquisition.
Overall Function
The Intern will be a key member of the Performance Marketing Team, reporting to our Manager, Digital Advertising. The Intern will help support our in-house digital ad practice, helping develop a shared understanding of tools, tactics, channels and resources among all Marketing Communications staff involved in digital campaigns. Additionally, the Intern will assist the Audience Insights and Analytics teams in delivering actionable insights that enable data-informed, strategic decision-making, as needed.

This internship would involve compensation for work paid at a rate competitive with leading non-profits at $17/hr.
