We are seeking a People Team Generalist to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.

What you will contribute:**
As our Generalist, you will report to the VP, People Business Partnering and will play an integral part within our Talent Acquisition and People Business Partnering team. We are looking for someone to provide front-line expertise by managing efficient workflows, systems expertise, management of projects, reporting and data analytics. You will be empowered to challenge existing processes so that we are working smarter, not harder. This is the perfect role for an ambitious and versatile professional that has the drive and passion to work efficiently and eagerness to grow their skills.
What you get to do:
Working with the other People Team Centers of Excellence, help create and templatize presentations, spreadsheets, and communications
Assist with creation and distribution of hiring manager training and resources
As needed, create work stream flow charts and SLA’s to communicate to the business
Project manage the new Manager 1-Pager communication
Create and manage various workflow processes impacting the PBP and TABP
Collaborate with the ops team to facilitate internal employee promotions and transfers.
Utilize Culture Amp to launch new hire and exit surveys. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and share insights with team.
Initiate the TABP & PBP resignation workflow process
Assist with the launching of new hire onboarding processes
Support TA functions
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Assist with formatting job descriptions for posting
Screen applicants from time to time
Process background checks
Write and send offer letters
Document management
Track Talent Acquisition Metrics, Flash Reports, and Dashboards
Champion DEI initiatives in hiring
Assist in fostering relationships with Affinity Organizational Partnerships.
Team expert for our HRIS & ATS
Run reports
Teach others within the business, as needed, to self serve
Provide support within the Shared Services team
People Help ticket response and assignment as needed
Back up for People Ops when coverage is needed
Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 USD
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
