Greenpeace International is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic People & Culture Administrator. The GPI P&C Administration team is responsible for several key people processes (Service Level Agreements) that require diligent oversight to ensure successful completion, such as onboarding of new employees, staff job changes or relocations, applying for permits, tax queries, supporting the Finance team during budget cycle, and supporting the outcome of change initiatives (Advice Requests).
As a P&C Administrator you are the first contact point to all staff and managers on routine HR issues and questions. You will deliver high quality administrative HR services to P&C Partners, managers and employees, as well as managing/ developing processes related to leave registration, relocations, management reporting, sickness and health, administrating employee data and budgeting within a globally dispersed GPI.
In your role, you will be focusing on:
Supporting our stakeholders in their daily requests that comes from the internal ticketing system
Support employees’ life cycle and be responsible in all related to HR administration including benefits administration of the employees sometimes in collaboration with local P&C representatives.
Supporting P&C admin team during payroll period for GPI Amsterdam based staff
Connect with P&C representatives in NROs for Global Mobility cases and solve employees’ cases together with Partners.
Support in HR projects, including staff budget cycle and data collection, maintain fruitful collaboration with the support team (Finance, IT and Facilities).

Experience of working as HR Administrator/HR Assistant in an international organisation.
Detail-oriented, strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to share your knowledge and also learn from others.
Solutions-oriented and positive mindset are important to be able to succeed in the job.
Experience and basic understanding of Dutch employment law and proficiency in Dutch language is preferable.
