Our Asia Pacific team is on a mission to build more collaborative development programmes in the region that empower communities and inspire change in how people work together to solve complex challenges.

The Role:

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and globally minded Partnerships Manager to help scale Common Purpose’s impact across Asia Pacific.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with government, corporate, and philanthropic partners, secure funding for transformative programmes, and represent Common Purpose on the regional stage.

You’ll thrive if you love:

  • Navigating complex ecosystems and building high-value partnerships.
  • Turning strategic ideas into concrete outcomes that make a difference.
  • Working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with flexibility and autonomy.

The role reports to the Managing Director, Common Purpose Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore, and includes exciting travel across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow partnerships with corporates, governments, and philanthropic funders.
  • Support grant applications, funding strategies, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with programmes.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and communications that resonate.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder conversations with confidence.
  • Travel across the region to connect with partners and programmes.
  • Facilitate programmes on the ground using Common Purpose methodologies.

Who You Are

You have:

  • A proven track record in partnerships, philanthropic engagement, or programme funding in international development or the social sector.
  • Deep understanding of philanthropic giving and grant-making landscapes in Asia Pacific and globally.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfort working independently and across multicultural, time-zone-spanning teams.
  • Cultural curiosity, sensitivity, and adaptive leadership capacity.
  • Passion for inclusive societies and social impact.
  • Willingness and excitement to travel across the region.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with CSR organizations, NGOs, or philanthropic foundations in Asia Pacific.
  • Knowledge of global development frameworks and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Background in customer relationship management or business development.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • 25 days of annual leave per year.

  • Singapore health insurance coverage for you.

  • Full exposure to our global network and programmes.

  • A workplace where your voice matters and diversity is celebrated.

  • Opportunities to travel across Asia Pacific and gain exposure.
