We are currently looking for you, a dynamic and ambitious professional, who shares our values and is passionate about working in a high-paced global environment to support the day-to-day operations. You'll be working in the Asia-Pacific team based out of Singapore, managing operations, compliance, finance and general administration of running the day-to-day business. The role has the potential to grow into multiple directions depending upon your interest, inclination and capabilities. In the process you will develop your skills of building your management acumen, and work alongside senior people in the organization and learn from their knowledge, experience and expertise. You will also hone your ability to work cross-culturally and be able to easily engage with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.

This role is a full time position based in Singapore (Home based) for SG$36,000-SG$40,000 per annum. We are open to part time basis for suitable candidates either 3 or 4 days per week).

As Partnerships Coordinator your role will fall under four broad categories:

Governance

  • Supporting the Managing Director, Asia Pac (Singapore Hub) with key relationships and stakeholder management
  • Managing day-to-day Governance to include scheduling Board meetings, writing minutes, submission of statutory reporting to include annual report etc. Assisting finance teams in annual audit process

Operations

  • Supporting the team with formatting proposals, paperwork and online submission of grants
  • Helping manage CRM system. Manage participant communication for all APAC open programmes
  • Following up with alumni on attending alumni events, participating in surveys and other activities from time to time
  • Diary management and managing CPAP annual events calendar
  • Warehouse management
  • Vendor management

Finance

  • Liaising with Finance to process payables and receivables
  • Following through with partners on contracting, raising SoWs, invoicing and payments

Marketing

  • Supporting the implementation of the Social media strategy for the Asia Pacific. Liaise with global marketing team for optimal deliverables
  • Analyse our assessments/reports, support writing of stakeholder reports, programme brochures and collate alumni impact stories
  • Working with local vendors to produce video and other collaterals for programmes. Knowledge of graphic designing will be good to have

You bring this experience with you:

  • Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office, CRM platforms and virtual collaboration tools. Having graphic designing and video recording skills is an added advantage.
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience of implementing processes that support the achievement of business goals
  • Able and willing to travel to locations for short periods of time and at short notice
