We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our sales team and help us to achieve our goals. The individual needs to be organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively. The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.

About FFC

We are on a mission to remove as much excess CO2 from the atmosphere as we can. We do this by creating and restoring carbon rich habitats and protecting biodiversity in order to avoid the most disastrous effects of global warming and the climate crisis. We are an impact for profit organisation, achieving our mission through the use of nature based carbon solutions, planting profitable native broadleaf forests, restoring peatland and developing biodiversity projects. Our goal is to scale our operations, plant millions of trees, restore thousands of hectares of habitat and grow a climate solution which removes significant amounts of CO2 from the atmosphere.

Working hours:

This is a part-time, role equivalent to 3 days per week from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m

About the role:

You will report to the Senior Partnerships Manager and play an integral role in supporting the company’s goal to restore key carbon rich habitats, address the biodiversity crisis and combat climate change.

Manage and track customer certificates through our internal IT system.
Provide general support to partnerships team & prospective customers.
Data gathering, processing, and cleansing of internal CRM.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
Practice excellent communication with management and customers.
Processing partnerships team invoices through Xero accounting software.

About you:

2 years experience in Project Assistant, Customer Service or Sales Administrator roles.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a desire to learn.
Great interpersonal skills and an ability to stay organised under pressure.
Ability to work remotely with limited direction whilst contributing to team goals.
Excellent communication and the ability to adapt quickly.
Strong desire to help solve the climate crisis.
