EvolveCareers is a UK-India EdTech start-up on a mission to support young people as they transition between education and entering the workforce.
We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Administrator skilled in administration and data management, with experience in the education, EdTech, or broader Tech space being a real plus. This role will be pivotal as we build relationships with a diverse range of clients and support their students and beneficiaries to their career success.
While this is an India based position, you will be working across the global team and client base, giving you a unique opportunity to have a real impact on a global scale.
Salary: 6-6.5 Lakhs Per Annum
Flexible working: We offer a fully flexible working environment, with access to a co-working space in Bangalore for the local team
Annual leave: 25 days of annual leave per annum, plus 3 additional days over Christmas
Location: This role is a full-time permanent role based in Bangalore (working from home with access to an office)

We partner with schools, universities, corporate and non-profit foundations to enable young people across the world to access our learning ecosystem at no cost. As a purpose led organization, we are looking to reach 1 million learners from all backgrounds in the next few years.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting Excellence: Generate detailed Weekly and Monthly reports to provide insights into partnership performance and trends. Utilize tools such as SharePoint, MS Excel, CRM & LMS platforms to compile, analyze, and present data effectively. Ensure that different data systems are kept up to date to support accurate reporting and analysis
- Finance and Legal Liaison/Collaborate: Work closely with Finance and Legal team to ensure accurate contracting processes and revenue forecasting. Facilitate communication and information exchange to support partnership agreements and compliance
- Client Support and LMS Administration: Create and maintain CMS and LMS pages for clients, serving as the primary contact for learner inquiries on the LMS platform. Address client queries promptly and provide timely support to learners, ensuring a seamless learning experience
- Market Research and Lead Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business leads and partnership opportunities. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and enhance partnership development efforts
- Project Management@ Manage cross-functional projects related to partnership initiatives, from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Data Analysis and Communication: Perform in-depth data analysis to derive strategic insights essential for informed business decisions. Communicate findings effectively through reports, presentations, and discussions, facilitating informed decision-making and driving actionable outcomes.
- Adaptability and Efficiency: Demonstrate adaptability and efficiency in handling diverse partnership-related tasks and responsibilities. Manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting organizational goals.
Requirements
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments efficiently.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working across various time zones, experience in a global team a real plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Zoom, with exposure to project planning tools.
- Excellent English written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone/video calls and in-person interactions.
- Willingness to travel for short periods, if required.
