Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the identification and relationship management of partners who are critical to the relief work.

Essential Functions
- Support the program team in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships across non-profit, public, and private stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Development team, in collaboration with the development team sponsor, to secure funding from diverse sources, both locally and internationally.
- Identifying prospective donors and implementing a targeted fundraising strategy suitable for the Philippine context.
- Creating professional proposals and program updates that effectively communicate the goals and impact of Philippines programs to stakeholders, funders, and global audiences.
- Maintain awareness and report as needed peer organization activity, funding structures, and local community leadership within the disaster landscape.
- Support the program team, remotely and/or in person, in organizing and coordinating all site visits of donors, potential donors, and partners.
- Facilitate coordination between Operations and Development teams, and streamline connectivity by implementing partner handovers, partnership training, and development opportunities to incoming partnership managers and/or program staff members.
- Maintaining awareness and reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and assigned Development Sponsor on peer organization activities, funding structures, and local community leadership within the disaster landscape.
- Monitor the accurate internal tracking of all partner contacts in Salesforce and Google Drive.
- Research/develop contacts and ideas that build the overall capacity of All Hands and Hearts, and in particular those for funding and regional/national partnerships.
- Facilitate organizational attendance to regional and national events.
- Support the Marketing and program teams in coordinating on-program media outreach and public relations opportunities.
- Deliver regular weekly/monthly reporting, inclusive of distributing monthly program updates to the board and all staff members.
- Work collaboratively with Operations leadership on preparedness efforts for systems building that streamlines use of partnership resources during disaster response.
- Working with the Volunteer and Alumni Relations (VaAR) team to cultivate a pool of local and national volunteers.
- Researching and developing contacts and ideas that enhance the overall capacity of All Hands and Hearts within the Philippines.
- Bring a positive perspective to inspire connectivity and innovation both on- and off-program.
- We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers. Therefore, we require all staff members working in in-person environments (including program staff, office staff, team meetings and program visits) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received all recommended Covid-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible.

Position Requirements
- Education Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Related Experience Work within a volunteer-related organization preferred. Experience with non-profit organizations a must, especially in a role of fundraising or partnership development is a plus.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately.

- Compensation Typical starting salary is $1,550 USD per month.
