This position is to deliver top-quality cleaning services regularly, so as to ensure that Hoi Ha Wan Marine Life Centre and its premises are always clean and sanitary, to help reduce the spread of disease-causing pathogens which brings the ambience of the Centre pleasantly.  This is supremely vital for our visitors and staff.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all cleaning in the Visitor Centre and its premises.
• Cleans floors and rooms which including vacuuming or sweeping and mopping floors and, spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms/toilets and common areas, make sure these areas stay fresh by performing routine inspections every day.
• Empty trash, clean and sanitizing fixtures.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, e.g. sanitizer, paper towels and hand soap.
• Clean dishes, plates, cups, and related utensils through dishwasher after events.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Excellent communication and organization skills.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly responsible and reliable.

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

• Work schedule: 3-day per week, 8-hour per day, from 9 am to 6 pm, including 1 hour for lunch.
