3Degrees partners with some of the largest utility providers across the US to expand participation in their renewable energy programs. Sales Representatives are the frontline within our Outreach organization and are focused on creating awareness and educating residential customers on green power options. Sales representatives are responsible for efficiently driving enrollments while maintaining the highest level of customer experience and quality standards. In this role you’ll enjoy a collaborative, future-forward culture and an annual average financial opportunity of $48,400, which includes a minimum of $12,000 in OTE (On-Target Earnings).
This is a full-time position for qualified candidates who can work from a remote home office preferably located in Oregon, Washington, Michigan, North Carolina or Georgia. A remote office location in other US regions will be considered for highly qualified candidates, with a willingness to travel periodically for team meetings and training.
SCHEDULE
Typical schedules are currently Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with future potential for weekend shifts. Sales Representatives are expected to work two, 4-hour shifts per day, Monday-Friday.

You are a confident, professional and driven self-starter with a passion for sales and mission-driven work. You are someone who can effectively work independently and enjoys being part of a team. You have a strong work ethic with a history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and you possess the following qualities, experience and technical capabilities:
HOW WE DEFINE SUCCESS
In this role, you will work for the Outreach team to achieve program goals focused on Safety, Service and Sales. Success factors specific to this position include:
Service:
Within the first week (30-39 hours of training), successfully master program content with an ability to conduct independent calls with customers
Provide a high level of customer service in every interaction, resulting in zero customer complaints
Meet performance evaluations by consistently demonstrating a high level of program knowledge by effectively answering questions and addressing customer concerns while closely adhering to program script guidelines
Sales:
Consistently meet or exceed enrollment rate as defined by program success metrics
