Position: Organizational Development Specialist (Consultancy)
Location: ActionAid Office in Banjul, The Gambia
Contract duration: 12 Months

The Role:
The main objective of the consultancy is to support the enhancement of institutional capacities, effectiveness, and efficiency of Civil Society Organizations in the delivery of programmatic and operational excellence.
